Rob Christy is an experienced and accomplished CEO and business owner who has devoted his 21-year entrepreneurial career to improving the construction service industry. In addition to co-founding AutoReview.AI, Rob owns Suncoast Permits, one of the largest permit service firms in the United States. Trusted by national single family home builders such as Lennar Homes and Pulte Group, under his direction, Suncoast Permits has grown revenue by over 10 times with an estimated 100,000 permits successfully completed speaking to his industry expertise.

As CEO of AutoReview.AI, Rob has already raised over $5 million in seed funding, rapidly grown the team with top talent, and secured partnerships and contracts with pioneering counties and cities. Rob’s leadership continues to drive AutoReview.AI toward creating the most innovative products for the construction industry.

Dr. Nawari is a leading expert on Building Information Modeling (BIM), Artificial Intelligence (AI), structural and Digital design, BIM standardization, automating building code conformance checking, and Blockchain Technologies.

Prior to co-founding AutoReview.AI, Dr. Nawari served as a University of Florida professor in the College of Design, Construction, and Planning (DCP), School of Architecture. He has written and co-authored six books and over 150 publications and advised more than 100 Master and Ph.D. Students. He is a frequent contributor to and invited speaker at national and international industry conferences.
